Welcome

Carl Rogers remarked that "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself, just as I am, then I can change." Therapy is a place to get to know ourselves, become curious of our patterns and the context that formed them, and only then can we move toward acceptance, and finally- change.

About

Hi, I'm Taylor, thanks for visiting my website! Life experiences teach us to feel, think, and act in ways that help us get by at one point, but may no longer be helpful in the present. This can result in feeling detached from yourself, others, or your potential. Therapy is a place to understand, challenge, and update these outdated behaviors and thoughts. By carving out this time in session, we are making space for more fulfillment in your present and your future. It is possible to update our old "internal software"- and this is why I love my job!
